What ISP Triage Does

CRM & Operations

ISP Triage covers the full customer lifecycle in one place:

  • Leads — Track and qualify new prospects, from first contact through to conversion.
  • Inventory — Manage equipment, CPE, and assets tied to sites and customers.
  • Billing — Invoicing, payment tracking, and financial data with role-based access. Integrates with QuickBooks for sync of invoices, payments, and customer data.
  • Support — Ticketing, Plan Installer Day (install scheduling), project management for deployments, and calendaring so installs and field work stay coordinated.

RADIUS (FreeRADIUS)

Authentication, authorization, and accounting are built in and production-ready:

  • PPPoE — Full PPPoE authentication and session management.
  • MAC authentication — Wired and wireless MAC auth (e.g. Mikrotik); support for additional vendors in progress.
  • Attribute assignment — Configure at user level, group level, or via RADIUS Attribute Bundles (templates for PPPoE, static IPs, wireless, etc.) so you can reuse configs across many subscribers.
  • Active sessions — View live sessions (username, NAS, duration, IP), and usage stats for data and session tracking.
  • Client area — User accounts are tied to physical/service accounts so customers and staff see the right data in the portal.

Company Services

Manage core ISP services from one interface:

  • FreeRADIUS — As above; also available as a standalone RADIUS-only product if you don’t need the full CRM.
  • Email — Hosted email services and mailbox management.
  • DNS — DNS management and record control.
  • LibreQOS — Integration for queue and traffic management.
  • SIP — SIP services option; deeper PBX integrations (e.g. Thirdlane, FS PBX) in development.

GIS (Maps & Geography)

Geographic tools for planning and operations:

  • Manage service areas, customer locations, and network infrastructure on the map.
  • Layers — Control visibility of layers (e.g. coverage, assets, addresses) so you can focus on what matters.
  • Import — Bring in geographic data; import flows are tested and improved for reliability.
  • Admin and GIS-specific roles so field and office staff get appropriate access.

Integrations & Compliance

  • QuickBooks — Sync customers, invoices, and payments; reduce double-entry and keep accounting aligned.
  • Audit logging — Full change history: who changed what, when, and from which IP. Covers account and billing-related changes for compliance and troubleshooting.

AI Assistant & UX

Get answers and navigate faster:

  • AI Assistant — Ask about tickets (open, pending, resolved), billing and invoices, and how-to questions. Uses your tenant data so answers are relevant to your accounts and tickets.
  • Voice AI — Voice-driven ticket creation, support help, and network-metrics queries are in development for future release.
  • Themes — Dark, Night, and several themes (e.g. Monochromatic Orange, Business Blues, Indigo) so the UI can match your preference or brand.
  • Navigation — Breadcrumbs and clear links to top-level admin sections so deep pages remain easy to navigate.
